One day in Kartli Tour

• We will start this tour in Tbilisi.
Tbilisi is a unique city. It is neither European nor Asian but a perfect blend of both East and West. We will walk through the old streets and see various impressive sights like: Metekhi church, Narikala fortress, sulfur bath district, Anchiskhati basilica, old city wall, Peace Bridge and many other more.

• Our route will continue to Mtskheta which is the former capital and a UNESCO world heritage site. This city is very small and is just a 20
minute drive from Tbilisi. Here you will be impressed by the Early Middle Ages architecture. 
• Then we will visit the oldest cave-town Uplistsikhe built in III-II century BC. This town is believed to have been a major economic
and political center of the Kingdom of Kartli.
