We will pick you up at the airport and then start our trip to Svaneti which is one of the most rural areas of Georgia and home to four highest peaks of the Caucasus. On the way we will stop by Enguri Dam which is currently the world’s fourth highest concrete arch dam with a height of 271.5 meters.
Overnight in Mestia.
Day 2
HATSVALI
In the morning we will go up to the Hatsvali Mountain by taking a 1.5 km long ropeway. From here we will enjoy breathtaking scenery and the views of amazing Caucasus Mountains. Later on, we can visit the Margiani Museum where we will learn more about the interesting traditions and customs of Svanetian Life.
Day 3
SHDUGRA
On this day our path heads to Shdugra, which is the impressive ravine known as the 9-waterfall gorge, here we will see amazing wild nature and beautiful waterfalls. We will walk around 9km one way on a medium+- difficulty trail.
Day 4
BLACK SEA
Our journey continues to the Black Sea Coast. On the way we will visit Dadiani Palance in Samegrelo region, and Miniature Park in Shekvetili, here we will admire unique exhibits and miniature versions of all the landmarks in Georgia. Then we will stay in Batumi and enjoy free time there.
Day 5-6-7
ADJARA
During these days we can swim, sunbathe and relax at the beach. We will visit various sites as well, such as botanical garden, Mtirala National Park – which is the most humid area in the Adjara region because of frequent rainfalls, we will see lighted up Batumi at night and enjoy seaside walks there. And of course, we will taste local cuisine, especially Adjarian Khachapuri.
Day 8
CANYONS
Another day full of impressions awaits us on this day. We will leave Black Sea and head to the impressive canyons and caves. Martvili and Okatse Canyons attract many visitors with their mesmerizing beauty. Here we will have the opportunity to enjoy the boat ride inside and to walk on the canyon hanging paths. Later on, we will reach famous resort Tskaltubo, where we can settle and relax.
Day 9
PROMETHEUS CAVE
We will visit Prometheus cave which is one of the natural wonders providing visitors with amazing examples of stalactites, stalagmites, petrified waterfalls, rivers and lakes. Prometheus cave is one of the most visited spot in Georgia.
After leaving Prometheus Cave, you will have free time to rest and get ready for the departure to the airport.
